Working principle:
According to the principle that simulates normal physiology cough, connect the patients’ vest with tube to high speed pulse pump ,then aerate and deflate quickly, making patients’ chest wall occur regular diastolic movement. The patients’ lung and airway produces independent tremor airflow and orientation drainage force which make respiratory tracts’mucus and metabolite in pulmonary lobe slack, liquefied and drop, furthermore, discharge the liquefied or deciduous metabolite based on selected direction (such as bronchiole, bronchus and trachea), this way called as Chest wall concussion technology.
